General

It has been extremely hot this summer—from June through August—and it remains very hot during the day, around 30–34 degrees.

Throughout the summer, we received several weather warnings about the heat and were advised to take precautions, such as staying in the shade and drinking plenty of fluids.

Improvement project – Façade painting

We began cleaning and painting Block 1 in early July, and the final block—Block 4—was painted during the first week of September. It looks fantastic.

This is important for the future and for owners who wish to paint parts that were not included in the contract. It took some time to clarify what was included in the project and what was not, but we eventually succeeded.

Jacuzzi updates

We trimmed the plants around the hot tub and then began renovation work—sanding, priming, and painting the surrounding area—to give the hot tub a fresh look.

The hot tub opened on July 9, but the night before—while the paint was still drying—someone stepped on it. Unfortunately, we were forced to close the hot tub on July 14 when the heater broke down and a new one had to be ordered. Since this type of heater had been replaced several times before, we opted for a professional-grade model, which resulted in a longer delivery time, pushing arrival to mid-summer. When it finally arrived and was ready for installation, we had trouble finding someone to install it; when we finally found a company, it turned out the heater we had ordered was a single-phase model, whereas we needed a three-phase one. Naturally, this delayed the installation, but the hot tub was finally up and running on August 27th. We plan to keep it open as long as the weather remains warm during the days and nights.

The pool area

To everyone's delight, the pool has been in fantastic condition all summer, so we hope everyone has been able to enjoy it to the fullest.

We also took the opportunity to repair the worn pool edge by one of the pool steps.

Thanks to an observant owner, we were able to quickly fix a shower that was running continuously. Replacement parts for the shower were installed within a week.

None of our parasols provided any shade, as they were completely worn out. We ordered new ones, and the company promised quick delivery. Unfortunately, it took far too long—especially considering the hot weather. We were forced to quickly find a new supplier for higher-quality parasols; these were delivered on August 3rd.

The pool had to be closed for swimming for 48 hours due to the presence of feces—or possibly a piece of sausage. We wish to emphasize that small children must always wear special swim diapers and that eating in or right next to the pool is not permitted.

Unfortunately, cigarette butts have been found by the pool on several occasions, so we would like to remind you that smoking and alcohol consumption within the pool area are strictly prohibited.

Furthermore, we would like to remind you that the pool at Zeniamar 9 may not be used by owners from Zeniamar 10; however, all owners are welcome to use the social club and the gym with the sauna.
